Ascension House is a guest house and backpacker home, located on the side of the mountain Tao Fong Shan, and have been hosting backpackers and other travelers from all over the world for more than 30 years.

​The house is run by Christian, Scandinavian volunteers who are welcoming guests into their home. Come participate in the cultural and religious exchange - whatever your views may be - you are welcome! ​

Ascension House is, and has always been, a meeting point between East and West, a place of open and honest dialogue and a peaceful, beautiful place not too far from the city - for many, a home away from home.
